Cancellation/Cancellation

This service can only be canceled for reasons deemed valid by the company.
If a cancellation request is made by 5 PM one business day before the rental start date, a refund will be issued. However, depending on the payment method, the refund may be minus transaction fees.
No refunds will be issued for payments made at the time of application in the case of early termination.
If the customer does not arrive on the rental start date without prior notice, no refunds will be issued for the payment made at the time of application.

Rental Flow

Online Reservation

Select Product

On the product page, select rental duration, quantity, and start date, then proceed to check out.

Apply

Review the application details and enter personal and payment information on the checkout page.

Payment

After completing payment by credit card, a confirmation email with your application details will be sent to your registered email address.

Rental Day

Present your name and ID (Passport or Japanese residence card) at the store to pick up the bicycle.

Departure

Our staff will inspect the bicycle and explain how to use it before you depart.

Return

Return the bicycle and accessories to the store by 6:00 PM on the return date.

In-Store Application

Select at Store

Choose your preferred bicycle from the available options at the store.

Apply

Fill out the application form with your information and present your ID (Passport or Japanese residence card).

Payment

Select your preferred payment method, such as credit card, cash etc.

Departure

Staff will inspect the bicycle and explain how to use it before you depart.

Return

Return the bicycle and accessories to the store by 6:00 PM on the return date.
